# How to Restore the Purchases (Pro/Prime)

### If after purchasing the Subscription, you are still asked to do it again, please follow these steps:

* Press **Profile** icon in the bottom right corner

* Now, tap **···** from the upper right corner, then **Settings** 

* Here you will need to click on **Restore Purchases** button

* Once done, you will see a popup **Purchases restored!** 

Now, all the Prime features will be available for you. 

In case you still encounter the issue, feel free to **Contact Support** from **Settings** for further assistance.

_Note: in order to use the Subscription, you should be signed in to the same Zoomerang account the Prime is linked to._
_Note: the Restore Purchases button is not available in the Zoomerang [website](https://zoomerang.app/) yet._
