How to clear the cache

Clearing Cache

In order to clear up space in your device and make lots of videos, you can easily clear the cache from the app settings.

For iOS devices:

Press on the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen

Click the three dots on the top right, then tap Settings
Note: If you do not have a Zoomerang profile, tap Settings in the top right corner

Scroll down and press the Clear Cache button

You will see the option to delete your cache with the Clear button

Once you clear the cache, it will show Cache: 0 MB
Note: Your drafts will not be deleted after you clear the cache

For Android devices:

Press on the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen

Click the three dots on the top right to go to the app Settings
Note: If you do not have a Zoomerang profile, tap Settings in the top right corner

Scroll down and press the Free up Space button

You will see Cache and Sessions options

Once you clear the cache, it will show Cache: 0 Bytes
Note: Your drafts will not be deleted after you clear the cache

Press Sessions button if you want to clear the sessions that are in the Get Started section
