How to reset the password

Resetting password in Zoomerang mobile app

If you used a valid email address to create your profile, follow these steps to reset your password.

• Tap Profile icon in the bottom right corner

• Click the Use phone or email button

• Press the Forgot password button

• Add the email connected to your account, then tap Next

• Check the inbox of your email address

• The email includes a link that leads to the page where you can create a new password
  Note: The new password must be at least 8 characters long, including numbers, and cannot contain symbols.

• Use the new password to Sign in to Zoomerang
