Resetting password in Zoomerang mobile app

If you used a valid email address and created the profile with the email option, check these steps to set a new password.

Tap Profile icon in the bottom right corner

Click the Use phone or email button

Press the Forgot password button

Add the email connected to your account, then tap Next

Check the inbox of your email address

The email includes a link that leads to the page where you can create a new password
Note: the new password should consist of 8+ digits, including numbers and not including symbols

Use the new password to Sign in to Zoomerang
