How to reset the password

Resetting password in Zoomerang mobile app

If you used a valid email address to create your profile, follow these steps to reset your password.

Tap Profile icon in the bottom right corner

Click the Use phone or email button

Press the Forgot password button

Add the email connected to your account, then tap Next

Check the inbox of your email address

The email includes a link that leads to the page where you can create a new password
Note: The new password must be at least 8 characters long, including numbers, and cannot contain symbols.

Use the new password to Sign in to Zoomerang
