How to Restore the Purchases (Pro/Prime)
If after purchasing the Subscription, you are still asked to do it again, please follow these steps:
Press Profile icon in the bottom right corner
Now, tap ··· from the upper right corner, then Settings
Here you will need to click on Restore Purchases button
Once done, you will see a popup Purchases restored!
Now, all the Prime features will be available for you.
In case you still encounter the issue, feel free to Contact Support from Settings for further assistance.
Note: in order to use the Subscription, you should be signed in to the same Zoomerang account the Prime is linked to.
Note: the Restore Purchases button is not available in the Zoomerang website yet.
