How to check the Coin balance

You can check the Coin balance in your account

Press Profile in the bottom right, then …, and Settings

Tap Wallet and you will see the available balance at the top

You can buy some Coins to fill the balance with the + like this.

Under the Recent section, you will see the activity connected with Coins:
In-App Purchase | Template | Daily free

You can also press the Filter icon in the left to check the desired Coin activity by setting the Type and Date.

Note: You can also go to that page by pressing Coins from inside your profile
