Freeze effect
Add a pause to your tutorials to "freeze" the action and make parts of the video look like a still photo!
Here is how you can do that:
Choose a project or start a new one by pressing on "Create Tutorial"
After proceeding with the steps you will notice an Editing Panel at the bottom of your screen with the options of which you can add items to your video, such as:
Text Stickers | Effect | Filter | Overlays | Music | Adjust | Format | Canvas
Press on "Effect" and search for "Pause" in the "Base" section
After selecting the effect, you will see the following options in the editing panel below:

You will need to adjust the "Alpha" by swiping the line left & right and put keyframes on the video
Note: If you have used more than one effect on the video, use the "Back/Front" button to adjust them
Besides, you can also choose to "Split" and "Duplicate" the effect or "Remove" it completely
