How to use the "Canvas" feature

Canvas feature

If you wish to add various backgrounds and colors to your video/template or blur the background, you can use Zoomerang's newest Canvas feature.

Choose a project or start a new one by pressing on +Template

You will see an editing panel at the bottom with the following options:

Slowmo | Pause | Text | Overlays | Shape | AI Image | Stickers | Effect | AI Effect | Filter | Adjust | Beauty | Music | Canvas | Format

Scroll to the right and click on the Canvas icon

The three different options are: Color | Background | Blur


The Color option gives you multiple shades to choose from as the background color of the video


The Background option has interesting pictures/wallpapers that you can pick from


The Blur tool has a few types and gives you the option to make your video background blurry


Note: The Gallery icon gives you an option to add photos directly from your device gallery
Note: The three features can't be used simultaneously, therefore, make sure to choose one
Note: To remove any of the options from the video/tutorial, you can click on the first None button
